All deposits are non-refundable. In the event that SHOTBYMELLO cancels, deposits will fully be refunded. The deposit is deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance is due right after the shoot has concluded. In the event that the client cannot provide the remaining balance, proofs will not be sent until payment of the remaining balance has been issued.
